Transitional Housing
Transitional Housing
A vital bridge between emergency shelter and sustainable housing, THP supports survivors in rebuilding their lives with stability and empowerment. The program offers support that includes the following:
- Temporary housing (up to 24 months)
- Assistance in securing permanent housing
- Financial literacy & budgeting support
- Referrals and goal setting
- Individual and group counseling
If you are interested in transitional housing contact our advocates at 401-723-3057 or visit our Drop-in Center at 265 Oxford Street, Providence RI 02905.
We believe healing happens through connection and so we prioritize consistent intake and referral standards, ensuring fair access and seamless transitions across services. Our team participates in regular case reviews that focus on survivor goals at the center of all decision-making. We also encourage collaboration across our programming and maintaining close relationships with trusted partners and community stakeholders.
